Winthrop and Boynton Beach, FL- Cornelius A. Daly, 72, passed away Monday, August 9, 2010 at Vitas Innovative Health Care in West Palm Beach, FL, while under the care of Hospice. Mr. Daly was born on June 10, 1938 in Syracuse, son of the late Dennis and Mary Collins Daly. He graduated from St. Lawernce Central School in 1956 and then served his country in the U. S. Army. He retired from Xerox in Rochester as a supervisor. He is survived by his wife, Janet; brother and sister in law, John and Patricia Daly of Diamond Head, Miss., sister and brother in law, Anne and Curt Curtis of Laurel, Maryland; nieces and nephews. Two sisters, Mary Buckley and Margaret Grotty, prededeased him. Arrangements are incomplete at this time; services will be held at a later date with burial in St. Patrick Cemetery in Brasher Falls.
