Stephen and Lori, I worked with your mom first at SUNY Canton and also at the nursing home when students were assigned there for clinical rotations. She was always gracious, kind, and helpful. Whenever Dan and I encountered Joan in Canton, we always chatted awhile and caught up. Her gentle ways and bright smile will be missed. Linda Fay
