I am deeply saddened to see the news about Stephanie. We grew up in the neighborhood on Rt 420 and I was a friend of Kathy's but Stephanie was always hanging around. When I was visiting Winthrop a few years ago, I went over to the Powells to say hello and she was there. We had a nice visit and it was great to see her again.
It's so hard to lose someone as young as she and just looking at this lovely picture of her, you can tell what a wonderful person she was.
My condolences to the Powell and Patraw families.
I will be there in spirit as you honor Stephanie.
