Dear Mike, Cathy, Patty, and Mary Ellen,
I am so sorry to hear about Greg's passing. Though we only knew each other as kids, he and all of you have always had a warm place in my heart. Memories from those years long ago have been flooding back to me, and every one brings a smile. Sometimes I think I grew up in the perfect place with the Buckley's next door. I hope your love for one another and for Greg's family give you peace and comfort at this time.

Though we've never met, please know that a piece of Greg lives on in me. In those early years I was so fortunate to have him as a buddy next door. That was the Greg I knew and who I celebrate now. May that part of you not destroyed by his loss be nurtured and comforted by the love of family and friends.
