I am so sorry to hear the news of Tommy's passing. His birthday was the day after mine (a few years apart). Like my sister, Jane, I remember Tommy as a baby and young cousin. His mother's words "You are a big deal!" or something similar echo when I think of Tom. My sincere condolences to the family Tom is now at peace & with his parents in the heavens above... Love, Dee

Wendell and Louise McCargar posted a condolence
Tom and Wendell really enjoyed their time together while both patients in the hospital last year. I guess we didn't realize how sick he was. We're so sorry to hear of his passing, but he won't be suffering anymore. He touched many lives and made many friends. A good man, father, brother, grandfather, friend. God Bless his family and give them peace of mind.

Mary Emma and Mason posted a condolence
Grandpa Tom thought the world of his children, friends, stepchildren and grandchildren...Tom had such an inpact on Emmas life and my own. Daily at 3 pm the neighbors could count on seeing Tom on the front porch waiting for Emma to get off the bus. And daily he would make sure in his travels to pick her up 25 cent slim jims. This was a ritual almost daily for 2 years before Toms health began to deteriorate. Im happy in the past few weeks Mason was able to get to know Tom. And like all Children he too took right to Tom with kisses, hugs and smiles. Words cannot express my thanks to Tom for all he has done for Emma and I through the years, he will be dearly missed...Love you

We send our thoughts and prayers out to Tom's family. It's never easy to say goodbye. He's in a better place now with no more pain and no more suffering. Billy & I will hold our memories of you close in our hearts forever. Thanks for coming to our "wedding reception", I know it wasn't easy for you to get around at that point in time. It means a lot to us that you pushed yourself to come out and celebrate. After all of these years, I never knew you & I shared the same birthday!!! Tell our buddy Deck we said "Hello", hope you guys are able to find eachother up there. Until we meet again....rest in peace <3 you will be missed a lot!
