Brasher Falls- Mrs. Margaret W. (Wilkins) Reynolds, 85, passed away peacefully Sunday, December 8, 2013 at the Massena Memorial Hospital. She was a resident of LBSH in Brasher Falls. Margaret was born in Norwood on March 29, 1928 to Clarence and Eva (Russell) Wilkins. She was raised and educated locally; attending North Lawrence School and graduating from Adirondack Commercial School in Malone. She was married on May 29, 1946 to Wade S. Reynolds at the Holy Cross Church in Hopkinton with Fr. Leonard Murphy officiating. They shared a blessed union of 67 years filled with, dedication, love, and many good times to remember. For some time Margaret worked as a secretary for St. Cecelia's Church in Adams. She is survived by her husband, Wade, children, Miles and Deborah Reynolds of Orman Beach. FL., and Mary Jo Reynolds of Watertown, 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, brother, Wayne and Nancy Wilkins of Brasher Falls, sister Beulah and Lawrence Trippany of Massena, and her niece and nephew, Keith and Joyce Wilkins of Brasher Falls. She was predeceased by a sister, Joyce Litner. In keeping with Margaret's wishes there will be no services at this time. A graveside service will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery at a later date. For those wishing to express an act of kindness, memorial contributions may be made in Margaret's honor to the Tri-Town Rescue Squad or the American Red Cross.
