To the Arcadi & Decarr family: I'm so sorry to hear of Janice's passing. Cancer seems to have a strong grip on families in the north country. It seems that no family is unscathed by its presence.. Janice was a warm and caring person, and loved a good joke. Her laugh was contagious, and the love she had for her family was obvious to all that knew her. She will be missed and remembered by so many. God bless and keep her family safe during this very difficult time.
