St. Regis Falls – Ronald S. “Ronnie” Martin, 44, passed away December 27, 2016 at CVPH in Plattsburgh. Arrangements are entrusted to the Hammill Funeral Home in St. Regis Falls. Ronnie was born on October 7, 1972 in Saranac Lake, son of Sandra Potter and Ronald Martin. He graduated from St. Regis Falls High School. Ronnie previously worked as a guard at the Franklin County Jail and also as a serviceman for Direct TV. He was previously married to Shelley Pouquette. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing and was a John Wayne fanatic. Ronnie is survived by his sons; Ronald, Marcus, Logan and Nathan Martin, all of St. Regis Falls, his mother, Sandra Potter and Wayne Kobiska of Springhill, FL, and three sisters, Laurie, Cindy and Julie. His family will receive friends, Saturday from 10 – 12 with a Remembrance Gathering to celebrate and honor his life at noon.
