Obituary of Kellie L. (Bunnell) Migliaccio

Winthrop- Mrs. Kellie L. (Bunnell) Migliaccio, 47, who previously resided in Ogdensburg, passed away on Sunday April 15, 2018 in the comfort of her home with her family and friends at her side. Kellie had been courageously battling cancer for several years. Arrangements are entrusted to Hammill Funeral Home in Winthrop.

Kellie was born on August 17, 1970 in Westerly, Rhode Island to William J. Bunnell Sr. and Mona Spaulding. She graduated from Ponagansett High School in North Scituate, RI.

At one time Kellie worked as a nurse’s aide at the Waterman Heights Nursing Home in Gloster, RI.

Finding comfort in appreciating nature; Kellie enjoyed camping with her family, fishing, and relaxing with a few beers. In leisure time she would watch cooking shows and was an avid Red Sox and Cowboys fan.

While living in Ogdensburg Kellie created lasting wonderful friendships with some of the people she met; truly appreciating them and the bonds that were made. She also had a special place in her heart for her feline friend, Freddie.

Kellie is survived by 3 sons and a daughter-in-law: Jacob and Sarah Bunnell, of VA, Zachery Bunnell of MA., and Anthony Costa of RI; her mother, Mona Bunnell of Winthrop; granddaughter: Elliana Bunnell of VA., and 2 granddaughters residing in MA.; brother and sister-in-law, William and Lisa Bunnell Jr. of Winthrop, 2 sisters and brothers -in-law: Rebecca and Eric Wiley of Brasher Falls, and Micah and Kimberly Bunnell of Winthrop; close friend, Cindy Pratt of Ogdensburg; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her father, William J. Bunnell Sr.; paternal grandparents: Lois and Richard Williams; a niece, Mya Munson; and a cousin, Jennifer Bunnell.

Calling hours will be Saturday April 21, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the funeral home. A closing prayer service will be offered at 4:00 PM by Certified Celebrant Julia O’Brien.
