My warm thoughts and prayers for the family. I remember Bill (Mr. Arquiett) as a youngster growing up. Motorcycled in the Brasher swamp as a teen and had many awesome memories. I always liked the Grand Prix cars he drove. RIP Bill, you will be missed! Until we meet again!

What an amazing man. I have so many good memories of the times I spent with him. It was a blessing that my Mom, Dot and I were their for a few weeks in the fall. Billy and I even got away and went to the Casino, just the two of us. He was always so considerate. As we played next to each other, he said Ruthie you don’t have to sit in the smoking area. Of course I said it’s not bothering me , plus I didn’t want to miss the excitement if you win big. He had that chuckle I will never forget. My heart aches for you Keitha and all your children, grands and greatgrands. I love all of you and wish I had words that would help with your loss.

I remember billy well at grandpa fletchers. He came when he was young and we all played together, but mostly I remember him bringing Keith’s to meet grandpa. Gramp was so pleased and very impressed he had such a beautiful girlfriend. Billy was so thoughtful that way. He also looked so much like dad when they were both young. Brad says same laugh too. My thoughts are with you and of billy now. With sympathy, donna

Dearest Billy,
From our escapades at Grama and Grampa Fletcher’s, to fun with Uncle Doug, Aunt Gloria, and Fee at Meacham Lake, when you and Wayne (you always seemed to travel as a team) showed up it was “HERE COMES FUN”! Some of my fondest childhood memories are shared with you. You were fortunate to find the perfect partner and soulmate, Keitha, who could appreciate your kind and loving nature. You were loved and always will be.
RIP Dear Cousin, and THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES!

Dear Keitha, children and friends,
Bill was a great friend and fellow worker at G. M. He was a hard worker, but enjoyed every minute of it. We spent many years working together and also we enjoyed shooting the G. M. Trap league at Norfolk Rod And Gun Club. I wish your family the very best and remember all the good times your family and friends have had over the years. This is the first step in your healing process. Bill will be sadly missed by all that have ever known him. sincerely, Bob Jones

Please accept my condolences on Cousin Billy's passing. I was always in awe at how much he reminded me of Uncle Earl. The way Billy would chuckle and laugh, as he was pulling your leg, over some form of local lore he would pass on! His legacy will be the family that carries on. May you all be blessed during this time.
