Obituary of Arthur Lee Rafter

Arthur Lee Rafter age 70 of Graceville, FL passed away on Monday, March 23, 2020 in Chipley. FL. Arthur was born on May 6, 1949 in Malone. He has been a resident of Graceville for eight years moving there from Massena, NY. He was preceded in death by his father Harold Arnold Rafter, his mother Viola (Boggett) Rafter, his stepmother Loretta Rafter and an infant brother, Dean Rafter on February 14, 1951. Arthur is survived by four brothers Larry Rafter of Graceville, FL, Albert Rafter of Brasher Falls, Randy Rafter of Brasher, and Clifford Rafter of Massena, three sisters Millie and Benny Deon of Graceville, FL, Linda DeShane of Brasher Falls, and Susan and Timothy Martin of Massena. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He attended St. Lawrence Central School in Brasher Falls. His hobbies were country music, birds and fish. He was of the Catholic faith. Graveside services will be held in the spring at a later in date in Brasher Falls.
