Obituary of Meredith Ann Crump

Winthrop – Meredith Ann “Merry” Crump, 67, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, April 10, 2020. Arrangements have been entrusted with the Hammill Funeral Home, Winthrop. She was born in Potsdam on Auguste 30, 1952 the daughter of Harold M. and Barbara J. (Bandy) Clark. She married Richard McCarthy in 1970, and they had 3 children together, before their divorce. She married Michael R. Crump on February 18, 2001 by the Honorable Jerry Mahoney Justice of the Peace. Michael passed away on June 6, 2010. Surviving Merry are her children Merry Jo Parker of Winthrop; Richard D. McCarthy II of Massena and Ejay McCarthy of Missouri, ten grandchildren, six great children,her siblings; Harold M. and his wife Emma Clark of St. Roberts, Missouri, Donald and his wife Robin Clark of Winthrop, Cheryl Rabbitt of Winthrop; Acelia and Pat Tyo of Smithville Ohio, Patricia Clark of Pierrepont, Barbara Wynn of Shreveport, LA, and Kelley and her husband Richard Arnold of Arizona.
