On behalf of the St. Lawrence County Bar Association, I would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Judge McCuin. He was the judge in the Town of Lawrence when I first began practicing law and many attorneys appeared in his court over the years. His calm and friendly demeanor and respectful manner, toward both the attorneys and the people who appeared before him, were notable hallmarks of his service as a judge. I would like to send my condolences to Jim’s family and friends. I worked with Jim for many years at Alcoa and over time we became good friends. Jim was always there for me and willing to help out any way he could. Jim’s memories will stay with me forever and he will be greatly missed. To his family and friends our prayers will be with you.
