I'm very sorry to hear about Bruce. (That is what we always called him by) We pretty much grew up with Bruce and his family. They were (are) a wonderful family. We were over to their house a lot when we were younger, making home made maple syrup, seeing the "big" catch of the day (which was a big black bear one time), fishing, played lots of card games and doing many fun things. As we got older we all drifted away from one another, but never forgot one another that is for sure. When we ran into each other off and on through out the years, it was like we never skipped a moment in life, we all were open arms with many hugs and many smiles and very happy to see one another. We all aren't perfect in our lives, but we never once ever judged one another. To me they all were (and always will be) my second family, even through all these years.
It has been many years since we all have seen one another, but that's because of life things.., but I never gave it a thought I would be writing this to Bruce. Life goes by so quickly and we all forget that at times. Bruce, your too young to be gone and you will be missed very much by us all! I'm very sorry we all didn't see each other more throughout the years! Give dad a hug for us. Fly high with open wings!
Ray, Sue, Mike, Terry, Tammy and to all of Bruce's family members and friends we all send our condolences. We are always here if you need us. Many prayers and thoughts to you all.
Love, Karen Ackerman Jawan
