So sad to hear of Mrs. Chase's passing. I had a great conversation with her last summer when we both happened to grab ice cream at Lamphere's last summer. we had a great chat and I caught up with what Don, Dean, Mark, Dawn, and Eva were doing. And grandkids! Mrs. Chase I say because she was my Cub Scout leader - no way can I call her Nancy! I remember being scared to go to my first scouts meeting, then when I got to the Chase's house and Mrs. Chase was so nice and the kitchen was so cosy - I was fine!
I am so sorry for your loss. Time will ease the difficulty and I know Mrs. Chase is more concerned about all of you even now.... like she always was.

i always enjoyed working with her at the tournaments in st. regis falls for the booster clubs. A smile on her face showing how much she enjoyed volunteering and helping the kids. when i came home from maine my sisters would enlist my help and i would see her at the events

Growing up, the Chase's were a big part of my life. Whether it was a trip to Uncle Neil's, hanging at one of Nancy's softball games or spending the night at the Chase household, this family has captured a corner of my heart. When I was young Nancy would stop every night after her softball game for her large vanilla custard...she loved custard. Mom and I were talking about Nancy and my mom actually shared how when they were younger, Nancy would walk down to Norma Deragon's on a Friday night and have toddies with the girls. She will certainly be missed...her enthusiasm, love of family, gardening, birds and camp are inspiring to all. I love you Nancy Chase and you will forever be in my heart. Tell my dad "hello" when yo see him.❤
