I am shocked to hear of Beth’s passing this week. My daughter lit up every time she would see Bet at special olympics. She was also always waving to her across the ice at Clarkson hockey games which she loved to attend with her dad. Her shoes will be very hard to fill. Thank you Beth for sharing your smile and enthusiasm with us. You always made our daughter feel special. Mrs Demo please know how much we will miss her.

I just read about Beth’s passing tonight in the north country this week. I was the associate Dean of students when Beth was there and we always talked yankee baseball together. We would occasionally run into each other at hockey games and through the years she was known as lefty to me. I can’t tell you how sorry I was to read this and please know I am thinking of all of you at this time. I am heart broken. She was just a wonderful person!

Kathleen & Family,
Please accept my deepest sympathy.
Beth was my supervisor at Hospice. She has taught me so much over the past couple of years. I will forever carry the lessons and knowledge she so easily shared with me. I will also carry the close friendship we shared.
She spoke about her family almost every day. She absolutely loved each one of you.
There is a huge void in the office without her.
God bless you all.

Beth’s smiling face will forever be in my mind and how she would greet my girls and I in church. She always showed she cared about others through her actions and words. I couldn’t ask for a nicer family to grow up with as neighbors down the road. We will miss her dearly. Love, The Lawrence Family (Marcie, John, Caitlin and Anna)

Beth and I have been friends for almost 30 years. We did go out to eat a lot for lunch while working at Linvatec……WELCOME TO MOEs She taught me about hockey. Turned me into a Tampa Bay Lightning fan. Her enthusiasm was contagious. We did games together and it was always an excellent time! Beth and I had a “thing” with plastic army men. We would sabotage each other’s desk at work. When I helped her move to her house In Safety Harbor, we planted army men all over her house. In the freezer, closets Etc. That’s one of my favorite memories with Beth. Going to miss talking to my friend daily……but now it’s…..WELCOME TO HEAVEN See you soon.

We are so saddened and shocked to hear of Beth’s passing. We met Beth through Special Olympics Florida where she volunteered passionately with us at many levels. Her passion for special Olympics and quest for excellence were amazing and alway done with style and grace! Beth evacuated from Her home to ours in CLERMONT during a hurricane only to have it hit us!
But during that time we became fast mutual Yankees fans! She even let us use her tickets! She accomplished so much in her life time and touched many lives. We will miss her but with fond memories.

To Mrs. Demo and all of Beth's family - I am so sorry for your loss. Beth is truly an amazing person and put such passion into everything she did. I had the pleasure of working with Beth at the dairy and at Alcoa. Our paths went separate ways post Alcoa so I hadn't been in touch with her recently, but often brought her up in conversations with nothing but good thoughts and memories. She was always willing to help anyone she could and that is a trait that fewer and fewer people have anymore. I will miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sorrowful time. Mrs. Demo and family,
Beth has touched so many people with her loving passion and deep belief in the good in this world. A light like her stays with us and continues to shine through the lives she touched. Just a few months ago she helped me connect a student nurse who wants to go into Hospice to a nurse to get more information about the career field. That student was so grateful for the door Beth opened for her to follow her career passion.I will miss her. Sending you prayers and love.

Mrs. Demo, My thoughts are with you, your son and all who knew and loved Beth. Beth and I have been friends since she lived in Greenville SC. In 2019 we met in NYC for a long weekend and had a great time. We loved the shows – she was so excited to see To Kill a Mockingbird and to go to the Tonight Show. Show. Beth was so giving and I was always so impressed with the time and love she gave the Special Olympics.
